You may donate using any of the following services after reading the information below:

1. How much do I need to donate to be eligible to enter the members-only area?

To be eligible, you must donate $8.99 USD or more. Please use this currency converter if you are unsure how much that is in your local currency.

Any amount less than $8.99 USD is still greatly appreciated. You just won't be able to download from the members-only area.

2. When does my username and password expire?

To determine how long your username and password may be used, please see the list below. 1 month = 31 days, regardless of which month it is. If I do not update the site on one day, then that day does NOT count against your membership time. I want to be as fair as possible, so if I don't update the site for one or more days, then those days should not count towards your membership time. If I ever go on vacation, then those days that I am gone are also not subtracted from your membership time. Sounds fair, right?

$8.99 USD = 1 month
$17.99 USD = 3 months
$28.99 USD = 6 months
$49.99 USD = Lifetime Membership*

*Limited Time Offer. Offer may end at any time without notice.

3. May I still use a download manager/download accelerator with the donators-only server?

Yes, all good download manager software should have an area to enter in your username and password.

4. Can I share my username and password?

No, password sharing is not allowed. If you ignore this rule, your account will be deleted and you will not receive your donation back.

5. What other benefits will I receive if I donate?

You will receive access to a donators' only section with files not available to the regular site visitors. Right now, there are over 250 GB of files in the members' area and new files are added each week. I have non-Hello Project files in the members area as well, which will be from Japan and South Korea and these non-H!P files almost always have English subtitles.

Also, when I start subbing files starting around October or November 2010, donators will get first access to new subtitled files.

6. How many English subtitled files are in the members area?

There are over 150 Hello Project files with English subtitles in the member area.

7. Can I receive a refund if I'm not satified?

You are making a donation, not buying any products or services from me. For example, when you donate to a charity, sometimes they will send you a postcard, a t-shirt, a pen, or something in return for donating to them. Instead of giving you something you probably do not want, I'm rewarding donators with access to files that aren't available to regular visitors to my site. So you will not receive your money back, unless you accidently enter in the wrong amount. If that is the case, you must tell me right away before your username and password is sent if you want your money back.

8. When will I receive my username and password after donating?

It can take up to 48 hours, but in most cases, you will receive your username and password via e-mail within 12 hours after donating. Don't worry, the countdown to when your pass expires only starts when your username and password is sent to you. In the future, it will automatically be sent to you after donating, but for now it must be done manually. If I do not send your username and password within 48 hours, then you will receive one free month of membership!

9. What sites may I use to donate?

You may use Google Checkout, Amazon.com, Revolution MoneyExchange, Moneybookers, or AlertPay to donate. You may use the buttons at the very top of the page or you may manually type the site into your web browser, log-in/sign-up, and enter in "dj-waffles@hotmail.com" as the payment address to manually send your payment. If you are not familiar with these payment sites, you may look them up on Wikipedia and CNN to see that they are real legitimate web sites that you can trust. Google Checkout, Amazon.com, Revolution MoneyExchange and AlertPay.

If you plan to use a credit card or debit card, Google Checkout, Amazon, and AlertPay are probably the best option as the others will most likely ask you to pay via bank account (Electronic Funds Transfer) rather than credit card.

10. Is it possible for me to use PayPal to donate?

Yes, you may use something on the PayPal site called "PayPal Virtual Debit Card". It is not a real card, but rather a set of virtual numbers which you can enter on Google Checkout, Amazon, or any web site that accepts MasterCard. Not only can this allow PayPal users to donate, but it keeps you from giving out your real card numbers as these virtual numbers take the place of your real card numbers. And once the virtual numbers are used once, they are no longer valid, so if someone steals them, they will not work. For more information, Google "PayPal Virtual Debit Card" or see here.

11. What if I am not old enough to use Google Checkout or Amazon or Moneybookers or Revolution MoneyExchange or AlertPay?

A) Ask a friend or a parent to borrow their card (but please, please do not use anyone's card without their permission!!). Or you can buy a pre-paid VISA or MasterCard which can be bought with cash and has no age requirement in most cases. These can be found in most grocery stores in the United States. Or you may send in a donation using regular mail. It is highly recommended that you use an international money order (or regular money order if you live within the United States), which can be purchased at post offices in many countries. Please contact me for my mailing address.

Why should I donate to you? Do you make a profit from this web site?

I absolutely do not make any profit from this web site. I lose money every month running this site and have never made a profit. I've spent over $3,000 of my own money to start this site, so donations are greatly appreciated. And you will be getting something back in return. Thank you for taking the time to read this page!
