To avoid being banned, you must follow these simple rules:

1. If you open more than eight (8) connections to the server, you run the risk of being banned by the server firewall. This risk is higher when the server is more busy. Bans last for 5 hours and you will be automatically unblocked after that time. Most bans are done automatically by the firewall, so purposely changing your IP address to avoid the ban is pointless, as you will just get banned again. The fix the problem, you must adjust the settings in your download manager. Look for a setting that says something like 'max connections per server' and lower it to eight (8) or less.

Please note that eight connections per server does NOT mean downloading eight files at a time. Download managers attempt to speed up downloads by opening more connections to the server, and although it works, there is no magical way to speed up your downloads dramatically above its advertised speed. So 8 connections for one file is better than 1 or 2, but anything higher than 8 is pointless and will barely increase your speeds.

2. Browsing this site with javascript disabled may result in a ban. How do you know if your javascript is disabled? If it is disabled, you will see some annoying red text at the top of the download pages telling you that your javascript is disabled. Among the red text is a link telling you how to enable your javascript.

3. Hotlinking files from this website will result in a ban. Hotlinking is when you post the direct download links to a file on web sites or forums you are not allowed to. There are currently no web sites or forums that are allowed to hotlink from me. You may directly link to the pages, but NOT the files. Even if you didn't do the hotlinking but download from the site that is hotlinking, you will be banned.

Full DVDs and photobooks won't be posted on this site. Please do not ask for them.
